Mike is an experienced Board level operator, an active member of the NZ Business Mentors Association and has held various C level positions across a range of Industries. As a consultant he now offers C-suite advice on business growth, at times working in-house to support leaders as they execute a range of associated strategies. His expertise includes Marketing and Sales, Technology Product Design and supporting People and Organisational Design strategy.

Declan’s focus is on building a collaborative and resilient culture for both individuals & teams in business. Declan presents extensively on Resilient Leadership drawing on practical knowledge and experience, owning and operating a business in Christchurch before and after earthquakes.

Declan is dedicated to helping build a culture of creativity and collaboration in the workplace. Originally from Ireland he now travels internationally and is based between the US and NZ
